We are not responsible for any third party shipping carrier delays or damages. Route Shipping Insurance is offered at checkout and with this insurance you are able to file a claim for your money back through them. If any damaged is occurred to your product(s) from the shipping carrier please reach out within 24 hours of receiving your product along with filing a claim with the shipping insurance. Photos of the damaged package and damaged items may be required. Shipping insurance is automatically applied at checkout, if you as the customer, remove the insurance option we are not responsible for any delays, lost packages, or damages that may occur to your package. If your package has been delayed please reach out to your local post office in regards to your package. We are unable to locate your package, we are only able to see the same tracking information that is provided to you.
